home depot

I had a life changing moment today folks. Home depot responded back to my application and wants to set up an interview. Isn't this just great? I'm so excited. Now, If I could have chosen a place to work I don't know if Home Depot would be first on my life, a cute boutique or something could have worked too. Any who, I can't wait for this cool interview to happen, I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

Tonight for dinner, I made some chicken with pesto sauce, along with green beans and peas. It was mighty good, I wish had mochi balls to top it off with. I have to write a speech at some point tonight about my roommate, which is due tomorrow around 4. Speeches really don't scare me...I mean don't get me wrong, they can be a little daunting at times but I really don't mind them.

My 30 for 30 starts tomorrow, I'm so excited....you have no idea. No really, you can't see this happy expression on my little round face. Hopefully, I do alright, I was looking through my clothes today and started freaking out that I didn't have enough. Wish me luck happy fence lookers!

I'm ending this post with a cute picture. A picture of my dearest friend. Ali.

(She's really happy because, it was sorta my birthday)

cat cookies

To tell you the truth, I wasn't planning on blogging today, only because I didn't do anything exciting. Besides finish my cat cookies. Yeah, you heard me, I finished them. But then, my friend, yeah she asked why I hadn't blogged today yet. I didn't realize people were actually reading this. I mean my household, is fully aware that I have this little hobby called "The Fence" and they are forced on a regular basis to read it, as I stand over them. I did however make a cool calendar that I so proudly placed on my fridge, counting down all the days until the 28th of February. Oh by they way, it's a leap year. And as I so graciously wrote "28" it made me want to go rent that move..."The Leap Year."

Anyone ever watch it?

My kallie so kindly made me pasta tonight, with some peas in the add in. It was yummy, and so was the rest of the cat cookies. Dudes, you gotta try these infamous cat cookies, they are the best. Actually a dear friend of mine introduced me to them...here she is.

Isn't she lovely?..her name is Kaitlyn...

(THE best)

This makes me miss all my nuggets back at home. They are all so precious, and you don't realize how much they mean to you until you are hundreds of miles away.

Here's till summer......Cheers fancies.

meet: Eric

I don't think I've formally introduced this character, but the cute mate below is Eric. I've known, been acquaintances, had a liking, and loved him for about 5 years now. I won't go on and on, because I think that would be foolish considering you don't really know him. But he's wonderful and has a gentle soul deep down inside. I love him without a doubt.

Just a few moments over the years...

fresh and folded

So for the past couple of days I've been really productive. You know the type of busy that makes you happy that you are even busy. Friday, my roommate and I gathered our things, study tools, books, pens, oh and our dirty clothes and went to the laundry mat. You know that's the thing about being a college student, some things just aren't so glamorous. Having to go to some weird place to wash the clothes you put on yourself.......okay maybe I'm over thinking this. On a good note, homework actually gets done, and sharing a Slurpee makes everything better. And today, I wandered, and wandered, and wandered through blog and blog and blog. So many have such great ideas, and really just make me wish I did this days a go.

Oh and by the way, the 30 for 30 will start on Tuesday, I'd rather start on the first of the month....thanks for understanding.

(Isn't she cute.......?)

At least I rambled?

Not only have I done literally nothing today, but uh let's see. Eat toast, open some new books that came in, swallowed a couple shots of espresso, read a little, catch up on Off The Map. Speaking of that, the show is amazing. It has to be one of the greatest shows I've seen in a really long time. Full of blood, guts, romance, and a line or two of comedy. But back to my lazy day, I don't think I've ever done so little. Actually I take that back, yes of course I have. So I made a gourmet salad, and rambled on to myself the things I need to accomplish, yes, I HAVE to actually do something tomorrow. My cute little friend of  friend is having her 21st birthday tomorrow, so since the night will be full of excitement the day must be full of little checks of this large list of mine. This kitchen needs some cleaning, and some heavy mopping, after I dropped the large plate of pasta and meatballs I made for the house. Oops.

the roses from someone who i'm missing dearly...

relocating?

Kids, I've have this crazy thought for awhile now. Since I'm really hard headed and when I get an idea, I can't get it outta my head. I've had a few people tell me I should move there, my best friend for instance thinks I would be great there. Rainy days, wet weeks, brick everywhere, it's for sure somewhat of a city life. Seattle Washington seems like the place for me. I've been looking around for studios and they are Oh So very adorable. Hardwood floors, cute windows, crown molding to fit the most perfect place.

I mean haven't you always wanted to say, "Hey later boring town, I'm off to adventure into a brand new place...see ya never.." I could start a whole new life, new friends, make them into family, a job, school, and maybe even change my whole new outlook on life.

I mean isn't this to die for? I'm a real sucker for brick.........

adorable right?

And it begins...

I sit here on a Wednesday night, ecstatic on this blog I'm creating. Ideas are flowing, but my hands cannot move fast enough. Actually, I take that back, they are moving, but I don't even know how to maneuver this thing. So confused by all the buttons, colors, controls, and potential this blog has. I've been thinking about this blog for days now, actually the whole idea started about 2 months ago, and I'm finally sticking to it. My roommate(Kallie, who I adore, most nights.) thinks I'm a bit crazy, I keep talking, blah, blah, blahing about these stupid few paragraphs each night I plan on writing. So here's the plan....

Starting Monday, I will write every single day. Now, I can't tell you what time of day it will be, clearly because I'm a reallllllllllllly busy college girl. (HA) No, but seriously, you can count on it being everyday. So I leave you with this..........
(my OH SO EXCITED YET, WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO FACE)
xoxo

(wow, my hands look pudgy)
